*For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitation.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address.
The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, should you need to make a return, you will have 21 days from your order date to do so.
You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 21 days of your order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Sale items and Beauty items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Drop offs are not accepted at the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.
